Made right here in Hereford, Frank's Bara Brith is a traditional Welsh tea bread, flavoured with tea, dried fruits and spices. Frank's version has proved quite popular across the UK including Wales. Best served with a dab of butter and a wedge of cheddar. Be warned it's quite addictive!
